When Grandpa babysits...

Grandpa feeds me the good stuff. (she is cleaning the rib bones)

Madison Loves my Dad. Whenever she sees him she gets excited and he loves it. She loves to go outside with him, tractor rides, and just follows him around the house.

4 years...

September 16th was our 4th Anniversary. For our anniversary we planned on going up to the Forsberg Cabin but it didn't work out. So instead we got a hotel in Phoenix Friday and Saturday night. Here is what we did....
We stopped in Gilbert and got to see sweet little Kaden Brooks Hooper. Here he is 4 days old....Can you say ADORABLE??Me and Kristal with our babies....

Then we went straight to the hospital to see my newest little niece, Charlotte Rose Klippel. She looks like a doll...

That night we went with my in-laws to dinner at Carlos O'Brian's and headed to the hotel.
Saturday morning we slept in until 8:30... It was awesome!!! We just relaxed... went swimming... went shopping (didn't get anything)... Spencer got ice cream... we got lunch... watched a movie... went running... went on a walk... went out to dinner... It was AWESOME, just our little family.

Sunday we met up with the Forsberg family for church and had the privilege to listen to Elder Hales. He was in Glendale on assignment to meet with the bishops and stake presidents, but had a special meeting Sunday with my in-laws stake. He did a great job and I really enjoyed all the talks given. We were so excited that it worked out that we were able to be there.
After church we all had dinner together and celebrated the September birthdays. (Madison and her Aunt Wendy)
It's always so fun to get together with the Forsberg Family. We love when we get to see everyone and spend time with everyone. It's not fun to leave. I can't wait to have a house of our own so they can come visit.I can't believe Spencer and I have been married for 4 years!! It has gone so fast and I have loved every second of it! We have made so many memories and have lots of memories to make in the future! I love you Spencer!!

I'm ONE!!!

Yep she is one years old! We had cake and ice cream with the Haymore cousins and opened presents. She figured out a way to open presents with one arm.
She got lots of fun toys to play with a some cute outfits.

Her cake was really YUMMY! I was looking through Mom's cook book and found an easy strawberry cake recipe. It was very moist and good. I made a strawberry cream filling between layers. It was a recipe I will use again.

We played pin the nose on Mickey. Madison was having to much fun playing with her new toys! But her cousin all played and gave us all a laugh. I wasn't planning on Madi playing.

At a ONE years old Madi.....
Still LOVES her Softy (little rabbit blanket thing)
Can swim to the step climb out, get back in and do it over and over (before her arm broke)
Gets so excited to go outside
Enjoys eating REAL food: on her birthday she decided to eat a 1/2 banana, she wouldn't eat them before
Walking: doesn't like to be held much, with her sling on it makes her a little unbalanced!
Playing with kids: She gets so excited when I tell her people are coming over and cries when they leave
Nursing: I planned on nursing her for a year, but we both love it so we still do it about 3x a day. I promise before she can say milk we will be done. It will be sad for me!
Sleeping: I USUALLY sleep then entire night 7:30pm-7isham. She still take 2 good naps every day.
Still will sit content in her stroller/car seat during water aerobics. (1 hr every day)
Loves her Daddy!! She gets so excited when she see's him and still prefers him over me sometimes.
Like to brush her teeth, I brush them then she does while I comb her hair.

We still find it hard to believe that she is ONE years old! It has been the best year! As Spencer says, I wouldn't change anything except the broken arm. I couldn't agree more!

Labor Day Reunion...

84 Haymore's this year, we were missing 12 people, and we have 3 babies on the way.... What will next year be like?

Here is Madison after a long day of play. I thought she looked so cute... couldn't resist
Some of us went hiking...
Hit the Pinata... Tradition... Madi's first time, not to easy with one arm.....
Looking good with no make-up and no shower....
We also got to go on lots of rhino/ quad rides, played in the water, and of course we did all the fun traditions!!

Poor Baby....

So Last Monday we went into the Dr office for Madison's check up on her arm. We got the x-rays done only to see that her arm was NOT healing correctly. The Dr told us the only way to fix it would be to have surgery and reset her arm. So we scheduled an appointment Wednesday morning.
Here she is... after waking up at 4:30am and having surgery this little girl was dead!! Later that dady you would have never known she had surgery. She is still happy and everywhere. That arm doesn't slow her down it just keeps her from climbing on top of stuff. She is a TUFF little girl!

Girls Weekend

A couple weekends ago Madison and I left for a weekend of fun!!!
First we stopped in Gilbert and went to one of my best friends Kristal's baby shower. We spent the night at her house and then I got my hair done Thursday morning. (thanks Brittney for cutting/coloring it, Thanks Kristal for watching Madi) Then we played all day Thursday. We spent time with cousins and met my cousin Bingham for the first time. (He's adorable)
After a fun filled day we drove up to Phoenix and spent lots of time with the Forsberg cousins. Friday night we had a bow party with all the nieces (thanks Carley) We made over 50 bows!
Then Saturday we went to another baby shower for my Sis-in-law Jessica. Here are all the Forsberg's that were able to attend.
We had a fun weekend with non-stop activities. We got to see a lot of family and friends and we cant wait for these 2 little babies to come! They will both be exactly one year younger then Madison. They should be here anytime this month!!!
