Lunt Reunion

Every other year we have a HUGE Lunt reunion. It is always so much fun to see all the counsins and now all thir kids. It's crazy how big the family is getting! (it's only going to get bigger with 68 grandchildren and tons of great grandkids) Her are some random pictures to show the fun we had. We went on bike rides, played baseball, went fishing, when on a hike, quad rides, had great evening programs, played games, and ate lots of food!

Memories and first impressions....

One year older.....

Who gets to celebrate His birthday 3 times?
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO SPENCER!!!
We first celebrated the weekend for the 4th with my niece Caitlyn. (we had YUMMY ice cream cake)


We also got to celebrate it on his birthday (July 16) We went out to eat at a very nice restaurant. (love gift cards) Then had cake and ice cream with my family.
Last but not least he got to celebrate it again in Phoenix Thursday night. We got to celebrate all the July b-days in the Forsberg Family. Happy birthday Katie, Stephanie, Caitlyn, and Spencer!
After the b-day party we headed up the the NEW Forsberg Cabin! It was BEAUTIFUL!! We spent the rest of the weekend there. It was a great weekend!

One more down....

Well this past weekend we participated in another triathlon! We really enjoye doing them. This one was a tuff one for both of us. The swim was longer than normal,(my weak event not Spencer's)the bike was rough roads with a lot of hills, and the run was a nice 1 1/2 miles down hill then a tuff 1 1/2 mile UP hill to finish! that tri definatly earned the name of the steelhead triathlon! We had lots of fun and enjoyed the company. Spencer's sister, Jessica and her husband(and son) came down along with our friends Aaron and Alisha(and son), my brother Justin, and more friends from SV did it. We are now training for tri in the pines in Aug!

The new addition....

Happy Forth of July!!

I ALWAYS have loved the 4th of July! It really is one of my favorite holidays. It is a big day here in Sierra Vista. That morning they have a parade, breakfasts, games all day at the park, box cart racing, a fun run, and possibly more. This year we got to celebrate it with a lot of family!
Friday morning we had a big "red, white, and blue" breakfast, then went to the box cart races. That was my first time and it was really fun. There was also a fun run going on at the same time. (I didn't know, next year I'm in) Some of those cars were really cool. That night we went to the fireworks. It was amazing!!! They always seem to get better each year! (LOVE IT) We listened to the band play and had a picnic. It was so fun to have a group from Spencer's family come down to experience the 4th! Some said it is now a tradition! (that was our plan) We miss getting to see them so enjoy when they come! It was also fun to see all the Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and friends! Hope you all had a great 4th of July!!
