I don't want to look at the camera! We had Madison's 18 month pictures taken on Saturday. She was such a little stinker! She wouldn't look at the camera no matter what! I tried dancing, treats, singing, you name it. You will notice she isn't looking at the camera in 99.9% of the pictures.

Cheese...
I wanted to get Madison's pictures taken when she turned 18 months. She is really not very good when it comes to getting her picture taken. I decided to take a few pictures to try to teach her. This is the face she would make when she said "cheese."
(18 month pictures will be posted later, lets just say she didn't cooperate)

Cravings...
When I was pregnant with Madison I never craved just one thing. (besides sweets) I just had a few random cravings. With this is little girl I have had the normal cravings for chocolate, which I have not being pregnant, but for DOUBLE stuffed oreos. I LOVE them!! They are so good dipped in milk and I really could eat the entire package. I have done a really good job of avoiding that isle at the store except the past couple weeks. We have totally eaten our share of packages. Of course the real oreos haven't been on sale so he have eaten the DOUBLE stuffed store brands. (some aren't bad) 'i wanted to post this picture because now you know I haven't eaten them all. Madi enjoys them too.

1st day in nursery...
Now that Madison has been 18 month, she gets to go to her own church class.... nursery! Here she is already to go to church.
She was so good! I walked in with her and showed her the dolls and she started playing with them, then I left. Spencer went and checked on her and he said she hadn't moved from the dolls. When we went to Sunday school I checked on her and she was just sitting in the chair eating her snack with the rest of the kids, totally content. Spencer went and picked her up and he said they were all sitting in a circle except for Madi. She was playing with the kitchen. We will see what next week is like now that she knows what happens and takes place.
To be honest it made me a little sad to not have her with me. (even though in a couple months I will have a newborn) I missed her! It was a little bitter-sweet because I actually did get to pay attention in Sunday school.

18 months...
Warning: This is a LONG post!
We can't believe that she is 18 months old! (March 8th) She is a delight to have around and can always make your day. Here are some little facts about Madison at 18 months:She LOVES to take a bath but just recently started to hate water poured on her head.
She still has no interest in TV. (Not a bad thing, but would be nice every once in a while)
She still is a great eater and loves to eat.
She just started eating by herself with a spoon. (Besides finger food, we fed her, less mess)
She is ALWAYS on the go!
Very easily distracted

Scared of dogs barking, but LOVES dogs.
She loves to sing... One of our favorite things... Ask her to sing she will, but you can only understand certain words: She sings in sacrament meeting whenever the organ plays.
She in VERY independent
Loves shoes!!
Plays the piano and started to play with her head. (thanks to Mom)
Likes to climb on the kitchen counter..... It's fun
She loves babies
She still likes to climb on everything.
Likes to do what Mom is doing.
She likes rides in Daddy's truck
Loves to get dirty
She likes to pray and claps when you say "Amen." (thanks to Dad)
Goes to bed very easy! She still takes 2 naps each of them being around 2 hours. (just got up)

Her favorite songs to sing: Patty Cake, The Wise man built his house upon the rock, Grandpa Haymore has a farm, Jesus Wants me for a Sunbeam, I am a child of God, and I Love to see the Temple.
She likes to look a books, especially ones that have openings, or u touch things, etc.
Just started to color.... we have to make sure she doesn't eat the crayons.
It's been so fun to watch her grow and develop a fun personality. She is sure a loving, independent, stubborn, active little girl.
Last minute...
We decided to go with Allison (my sis) and My Mom to stay with Amanda. My poor Sister Amanda has been on bed rest since Christmas. She is now 32 weeks along and we are hoping that she makes it now until 35 weeks. If everything goes well at that Dr visit she gets to be able to sit up.
Here are the highlights of the trip: We got to Amanda's house Monday after I got off work (late afternoon) The kids played outside the entire time. (We wouldn't let them inside) We re-decorated the bathroom entirely. It turned into a nice project painting all the bathroom fixtures, fixing the roof leak, painting the walls, cleaning it from head to toe, and decorated it.

The kids had fun blowing bubbles. Thanks to Brooklyn (my cousin) who helped with the kids.

After blowing bubbles they ate popsicles. The next day (Tuesday) we painted the kitchen, and cleaned the house from top to bottom. It was lots of work but lots of fun with all my sisters and Mom. (Meg and Jared live in Thatcher so they came over often)
Random quick trips are always fun. We decided to go an hour before we actually left.

This time of year is so Yummy!!!

I really love Easter time! Even though it isn't for a while... I LOVE the easter candy!! I personally think that Easter Candy is better than any other holiday. Every time I go to the store it to SO SOO tempting to grab bags of candy. I have stuck some in my cart then last minute I talk myself out of it. Not all the time! I am not tempted by all candy... not normal jellybeans or malt balls. Everything elses... Yes, especially these.
