Let it SNOW!!

So we have had just amazing weather this past few weeks! It had been in the high 60's and low 70's. We were thinking that spring was just around the corner. Well Friday was a day of beautiful SNOW!! It snowed on and off all day Friday. It was so awesome. It was so fun to watch and yes I played in it!! Spencer was to cold! Saturday I left to Tucson at 5:00 in the morning for a volleyball tourny. My car was covered with snow! All the houses were covered. I couldn't get over how beautiful it looked. There was snow along the the side of the road until just outside of Benson. Now it's all melted, and again it is a beautiful day!

Just the beginning of 2 years!!!

Well Spencer has now started the Master’s Program! He walks in the door from work and goes straight into the office. He has been working hard and studying A LOT! I have no idea what time he goes to bed because I go to bed before him! We did get confirmation that his work is going to cover his schooling!!! YEAH!! That was great news. He just has to keep A’s and B’s. I don’t doubt that he can do it! He is just extremely busy with school, work, and church. What amazes me most is he does it all with a positive attitude!

"We're starting on Monday"

So this year Spencer and I decided to eat healthier! We were not eating sweets and not eating much white flour. We did so well. (We allowed one day to do whatever) We were proud! WELL.... This week I made a total of 3 batches of brownies and 5 things of cookies. Not 5 dozen! Like 5 different kinds of cookies! Yes, they were for people and different thing for church but we always made sure there was plenty extra! It has been a horrible week! At least I can say I have been running! This is when you love the saying..."I'll start Monday."

This is our house that is finally done! We love it! We are currently working on the front and back yard. It will be nice to have grass and get rid of the nasty dirt! We have had the Forsberg family to visit but would love more!! You have to come visit to see the rest of the house! PLUS we will have grass!!

HaPpY NEw YeaRS!!

We had a great New Years! We had almost the entire Forsberg Family down to visit! They came Sunday afternoon and left Tuesday afternoon. It was so much fun! I can officially say that our house is broken in but we love it! It is so nice to be able to all get along and squeeze in a house! It was a fun house but we loved every second of it!

Aren't they cute! These are 3 of my nieces playing at the Mall while the girls got pedicures!

I know about time..

I know I have been horrible at keeping our blog updated! I have a lot to catch you up on! We had a wonderful Christmas. We spent it up with Spencer's family in Phoenix. It was fun to see the traditions that they have and experience their Christmas. Santa came and visited the family on Christmas eve. It was fun to see the excitement in the kids that were not scared of him. Spencer got 2 weeks off of work for the holidays, so we got to spend 5 days up there and then came home on Wednesday. On Friday, my brother and sister-in-law came down and helped us set up the sprinkler system . (THANKS GUYS!!!) It was a lot of work and we are just finishing it up!

We took a brake and let the Klippel's experience riding a horse.

Christmas Tree Tag

So my Sister in law had a good idea to have everyone put a picture of there Christmas tree on there blog! I love to look at trees so feel free to post a picture. This tree is a special tree. It's actually one of my Mom's trees. (Our tree is very cute and little) This tree has hand made stockings that my Grandma made. On every stocking it has a name of someone in my parents family. (all the kids, in-laws, and grand kids) The other ornaments on this tree my same grandma made for each of her grandchildren. My Grandma found an old torn doiley (sp?)from my great great grandma. She was going to get rid of it, but my Mom asked for it and cut the good pieces out and made ornaments. Aren't they beautiful?
